Standby / Flagging $50.00 / hr After first 30 minutes
No-Go / Cancelation $150.00 (+ overnight fee if applicable)
No-Go Day Rate with load $375.00 (+ overnight fee if applicable)

Overnight fee with load $150.00 (or cost of room when higher)

Bridge, Ferry & Road Tolls are charged at cost (both directions when applicable)

OUT OF LOCAL AREAS-
Response miles and deadhead miles maybe charged for travel to cover your load.
